Services
Waypoint Automation Consulting provides business automation consulting services including workflow design, implementation, and support.
Payment Terms
- Fixed-price projects require 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
- Monthly services are billed on the 1st of each month
- Invoices are due within 14 days
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Deliverables
All projects include:
- Implemented automation workflows as specified
- Documentation of all systems built
- Training materials
- 30 days of post-launch support (unless otherwise specified)
Ownership
Upon final payment, you own all workflows, databases, and documentation created for your project. We retain the right to showcase anonymized case studies.
Warranties
We guarantee our work will function as specified for 30 days post-delivery. We do not guarantee uptime of third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total project cost. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss.
